Patti Lattanzi and the Gang Show Thursdays 7 pm to 8 pm - Patti Lattanzi & Friends
A great specialty program now also on cable TV. This is where you can hear live Billy Harner, Billy and the Essentials and Geno Steak Commercials featuring Joey Vento. Her radio show broadcasts from the Woodbine Inn and Patti features a lot of local talent from 14 year old Irene Bolletino (who is miles above anything on American Idol) to old guys like Philly Cuzz. Patti’s entourage also includes her grandmother who is a hopping 102. That’s what she claims, but Philly Cuzz says it’s impossible because he went to the prom with her back in 1968. Cuzz appears here sometimes and sings On The Way To Cape May, Morse Code of Love and One Summer Night.

Steve Gordon - General Manager
Sanford, North Carolina at www.wdsgfm.com
A most interesting step in free market radio was initiated by Steve Gordon. His Christian radio station has set aside a portion of its broadcast time to promote pop “BEACH MUSIC.” Think what that could mean if similar stations followed Steve’s example. There are a gazillion Christian radio stations (non profit royalty free ventures) that could set up their own brand of World Cafes or FPMs (Family Pop Music) programs. Steve told me he actually asked major labels for advice about a playlist, but none responded. So next he tried asking Indie artists for help. You can imagine the flood gates opening.
Steve plays Philly Cuzz’s Morse Code of Love and The Summer Kids from Ireland.

This will be heard by over million visitors…Also a few DJ's on www.doowopradio4u.com the other night asked if any one had a song called One Summer Night by a guy name Billy Cruze.
